Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking friendly, hard-working Sales Associates to keep stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly. You will greet customers, operate the register quickly and accurately, and help with in-store duties from stocking shelves to maintaining bathrooms and parking areas.

You’ll learn product basics, including lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with proper age verification, stay on your feet in all weather, and demonstrate reliability to support a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
Ability to read, write, and understand English effectively.
Basic math skills for transactions.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a smile and operate the register with speed and accuracy.
Learn and follow age-restricted product rules for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol.
Upsell when appropriate to boost sales.
Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe, including restrooms, pumps, and parking areas.
Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain an inviting appearance.
Cross-train in other departments as needed and follow safety procedures.
