Job summary

Michaels is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience at our Irving, Texas location. You’ll participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store while promoting Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.

Other duties include omni-channel support such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, plus adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with product knowledge and locate items.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in store, locating products, and offering solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standards.
• Promote rewards program and private label credit cards; enroll customers.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store).
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and in-stock store; support store recovery.
