Goodwill of the Great Plains in Fort Dodge, IA is hiring Retail Associates to provide an exemplary customer experience, maintain a clean, inviting store, and process donations for the sales floor.

The role is full-time with a wage of $15.00 hourly. Benefits include personal days, holidays, and access to health/dental/vision after eligibility periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and give correct change.
• Ability to stock and rotate goods on the sales floor.
• Able to accept donated items safely per store guidelines.

We are seeking severalRetail Associatesto help provide an exemplary experience and atmosphere to every Goodwill customer through outstanding customer service and maintaining a clean, inviting, and shoppable store.

Position Type: Full-Time

Wages: $15.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that sales transactions are rung up appropriately, that all monies are collected and counted, and correct change is given
• Maintain cash register supplies
• Stock and rotate goods on sales floor
• Accept donated items in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner per store guidelines
• Process donated items to produce inventory for sales floor
