Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a part-time Retail Associate at our New York stores to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. You’ll assist customers, demonstrate merchandise, and guide them to the right products while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling transactions, managing POS systems, and supporting inventory and visual merchandising. Must be 16+, with retail experience and HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in retail or a related role.
• Experience operating POS systems and inventory tools is expected.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
