Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, features, and availability; understand customer needs and make recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise and stock as needed.
• Process all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty programs).
• Contribute to store profitability by managing product flow and replenishment.
