Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals while following store policies and safety regulations.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
