Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and adhere to policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
