As an Associate, you will support sales initiatives, merchandise management, and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires a friendly, reliable individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred
• Customer-centric focus with passion for service
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions
• Participate in daily operations including inventory management, shipment workflow, and store maintenance
• Collaborate with team to meet sales and operational goals and adhere to safety policies
• Fulfill additional duties and projects as required
