Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience or less is acceptable.
• Ability to operate Inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately.
• Assist with product flow, stocking, and inventory integrity to support store profitability.
