Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply is seeking a dedicated team member to help customers across firearms, camping, and outdoor categories. You will uphold our friendly, helpful service standard and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience.

Expect a physically active role on the sales floor, standing for long periods, and handling heavy lifting. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure safe, accurate transactions and an enjoyable shopping environment.

This job requires you to be at least 18 years old or older to sell firearms.

As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will

• provide your customers with the know-how on everything from firearms and ammo, to camping and hiking, to hunting and fishing, plus much, much more.
• display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience.
• earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
• Close vision for some PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead are required.
