Job summary

Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. You will help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment and deliver friendly, quality customer service with store operations training.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and provides on-the-job training. No prior experience is required; candidates must obtain a current Child Abuse clearance. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required, will train the right person for the job.
• Child Abuse clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and Sales Floor Support.
• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods.
