Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will help drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising while ensuring compliance with policies.

This role requires flexibility, weekend availability, and strong communication. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12.00 and eligibility for company benefits and 401K.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
