Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate in Farmingdale, NY. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and help drive daily sales while maintaining neat merchandising and accurate signing.

Responsibilities include cash handling, POS use, stocking, and collaboration with management to ensure store procedures and standards are followed. Prior retail experience and product knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Vitamin and/or nutrition knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility with week to week scheduling.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform stocking tasks.
• Team player and ability to stay productive and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide knowledge-based recommendations.
• Process cash receipts, operate POS, and bag merchandise.
• Drive daily sales and merchandise products.
• Maintain store cleanliness, signage, and stock levels.
• Support management in store procedures and standards.
• Stock, face shelves, and verify pricing and dates.
