Job summary

Simply Southern is seeking a part-time store associate to deliver outstanding customer service at our locations. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining a friendly, energetic store environment. Flexibility for weekends and varying shifts is preferred, and prior retail or cashier experience is helpful.

The role emphasizes cash transactions, product knowledge, and teamwork with store staff to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Provide enthusiastic customer service while customers shop and purchase products.

• Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills with customers.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and upsell where appropriate.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, or gift card payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and stock replenishment as needed.
