Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut in Torrington, CT is seeking a Retail Associate. You will support store operations, assist shoppers, and help promote Goodwill’s mission while delivering friendly service.

This role includes cashiering, processing donations, stocking, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Weekend availability is a plus; both part-time and full-time openings are available. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic English required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
• Must be able to lift over 40 pounds.
