Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to all standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process merchandise for the sales floor per procedures and standards.
• Assist in store recovery and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction goals.
