Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work Full-Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the number one priority and you practice safe behaviors in everything you do.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free sales floor with clear egress to exits; report unsafe conditions.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect; greet customers with eye contact, a smile, and a friendly hello.
• Assist Customers at the register, help with merchandise, and answer questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Respond promptly to Customer service calls and escalate to Store Leadership when needed; represent the brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain store areas and replenish restroom supplies.
