Converse is seeking a Retail Associate in Norfolk, VA. You will lead with service, understand customer needs, and guide them to the right gear, while fueling the day’s momentum and maintaining store standards.

The role requires flexibility to work retail hours (day, evening, weekends, holidays) and physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb ladders as needed. Starting hourly rate is $16.00.

Qualifications

• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
