Aritzia in Troy, MI is hiring a Boutique Manager to lead our store team, drive sales, deliver world-class client experiences and develop a high-performing roster. You will balance coaching, scheduling, and operations to meet daily goals while ensuring an exceptional shopping environment.

You will partner with Business Support and peers to align on brand standards, client satisfaction, and people development, creating rewarding career growth for your team and yourself.

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences
