Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Associate to fulfill guest needs, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe environment across locations in the SSA network. You will support promotional sales, handle cash, and assist with community engagement while upholding policies and a high standard of service.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliable teamwork, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights and holidays. Prior POS and Excel familiarity is beneficial for daily operations.

• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Maintain balanced cash drawer as assigned.
• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
• Merchandise product to maximize sales.
• Increase sales by promotional items or suggestive selling.
• Supports unit in being an example for Company & Client guidelines with regard to Sustainability/Conservation efforts.
• Supports SSA / Unit in driving community effort through hiring efforts, engagement activities, and focus on opportunities of giving back.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Eligible for overtime pay.
