Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support in-store operations. You will greet customers, process sales and returns, and help keep the floor clean and well-stocked.

The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. This position is responsible for maintaining the store’s appearance, managing inventory, and assisting customers with product selection to meet their needs. The Retail Associate ensures smooth daily operations by handling transactions accurately and supporting merchandising efforts. They act as the frontline representative of the brand, fostering positive customer relationships and encouraging repeat business. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to the store’s sales goals and overall customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
• Knowledge of the specific product lines carried by the store.
