Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. You will help maintain a clean, safe shopping environment and deliver friendly, quality customer service with store operations training.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and provides on-the-job training. No prior experience is required; candidates must obtain a current Child Abuse clearance. Travel is not required.

• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).

Position Summary

As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. This position will meet production standards to deliver quality customer service. The Retail Associate will learn the daily operations of a retail/ store outlet, gaining skills for a career in retail. This position is a vital part of our organization and can lead to future career opportunities.

Duties Will Also Include But Are Not Limited To

• Cashiering and Sales Floor Support.
• Processing and pricing donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines (housewares items).

External Hiring Range: $15.00/hour
