Job summary

Green Gold Group is seeking a Budtender to educate customers about cannabis products and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will use our POS system, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain compliance with state regulations and internal SOPs.

The ideal candidate has experience with POS/cash handling, strong cannabis product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends is required, along with 21+ age and MA

Job description

The Budtender is the primary contact between Green Gold Group’s customers and the company. They are responsible for educating customers on Green Gold Group’s products and providing an excellent customer service experience. A top requirement of this position will be the ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding of how to meet the customers’ needs.

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash management with a focus on register accountability
• Deep understanding and passion for cannabis, cannabis accessories and the cannabis industry

• Must have flexible availability with the willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of dispensary
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to twist, stoop, reach, stretch, walk, carry boxes and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Budtenders will be responsible for using Green Gold Group’s point of sale system and must practice and be compliant with state regulations and with Green Gold Group’s standard operating procedures and protocol. Successful candidates will have the ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment that is grounded in customer service and company growth.
