Job summary

AMV Holdings, LLC, doing business as KURE CBD + Vape, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to educate guests, make recommendations, and drive sales at our stores. The role involves helping customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a welcoming in-store experience.

You will contribute to a fast-paced environment, operate the POS, and participate in daily upkeep while delivering great tips and a positive guest experience. This position supports multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
• Operate the POS system and cash drawer to process transactions; handle money, prepare deposits, and count the drawer down each day
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Perform daily cleaning to ensure the store remains appealing and welcoming
