Fast Stop Markets in Lexington, TN seeks an Assistant Manager to support store operations, greet customers, and lead by example in delivering fast, friendly service. This role reports to the Team Leader and helps ensure smooth daily operations.

When the Team Leader is absent, you will manage the store, promote store specials, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment.

• Assist the Team Leader with store operations.
• Be present and manage store operations when the Team Leader is absent.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Greet and thank all customers in a timely, professional manner.
