FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Fort Lauderdale. The role offers $19.00 - $22.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and store performance bonuses.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive profitability across a diverse range of merchandise. In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service, supervise team members, recruit and train new hires, and help achieve sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Assistant Store Manager

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team! If you enjoy coaching employees, driving store performance, building customer relationships, and developing your leadership skills, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. You'll gain hands-on leadership experience while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferredStrong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2-8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
