FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach staff, and drive store performance.

You will develop team members, ensure excellent customer service, and help maximize profitability across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, handling cash procedures, inventory, and merchandising while growing your leadership skills in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

$15.70 - $18.00 per hour

+ Unlimited Commission + Store Performance Bonus

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
