FirstCash Holdings, Inc. in Oak Park, IL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager, coach employees, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience while working with a diverse range of merchandise including jewelry and electronics. The role involves leading daily operations, merchandising, cash handling, inventory control, staff development, and executing business objectives with a focus on profitability

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience using retail checkout systems is a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

$17.85 - $20.85 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team! If you enjoy coaching employees, driving store performance, building customer relationships, and developing your leadership skills, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key‑holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
