Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team at our Cincinnati, OH location.

You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers $15.00–$19.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and a store performance bonus, plus benefits such as earned wage access, employee discounts, and 401(k) auto-enrollment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. You'll gain hands‑on leadership experience while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
