Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Alpharetta, GA to help lead our team. This role partners with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

The position offers hourly pay of $17.00–$20.00 plus commissions up to 8% and a performance bonus. Additional benefits include earned wage access, employee discounts, and opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (jewelry, electronics, tools, etc.).
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team! If you enjoy coaching employees, driving store performance, building customer relationships, and developing your leadership skills, this could be the opportunity for you.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive profitability. What We’re Looking For

• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset
• Basic math and computer skills; experience using retail checkout systems is a plus
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Commission Information

Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
