Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in Washington. You will coach staff, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining Skechers’ brand standards and visual presentation.

Your role includes inventory oversight, merchandising execution, scheduling, and supporting store operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Weekend/evening availability is required.

• Leadership experience in retail or a supervisory role.
• Strong visual merchandising and brand presentation skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, restocking, and stock accuracy.
• Experience overseeing store operations, scheduling, and open/close procedures.
