SalonCentric in Utah is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams. You will collaborate with the store manager to develop a clear vision, coach staff, analyze sales trends, and drive profitability while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service along with written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use a computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred
• Weekend availability as required
• 18 years of age and a High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for scheduled shifts
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
