Job summary

SalonCentric, a L’Oréal USA subsidiary, seeks a SalonCentric Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in Malden, MA. You’ll partner with the store manager to develop a high-performing team delivering outstanding customer service while promoting top beauty brands.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, manage scheduling, drive sales, and ensure written and verbal communications are clear. Weekend availability and a Cosmetology license are pluses but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no sponsorship provided.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $21.90

To: $24.30
