Job summary

SalonCentric is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. You will support the store manager in recruiting, coaching, and developing staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help drive sales, monitor trends, and maintain store standards. This role values strong communication, reliability, and a passion for hair and beauty products, with opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.

Assistant Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 Years of retail leadership experience

• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred

• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Salary Range:

From: $18.30 To: $20.30
