Position Overview

Retail Assistant Manager (Part-Time) at Store 2218-1st & Main Towne Ctr-maurices-Colorado Springs, CO 80922. This challenging and rewarding role assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers, leads the customer experience, strategizes to achieve team sales goals, and as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices SOPs such as opening and closing the store.
