Ann Taylor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and build a positive store culture at our Albertville, MN location. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and model our brand's behaviors to engage customers and drive results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.
