maurices is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager for Store 1366-The Lakes Mall in Muskegon, MI. You will assist in supervising the team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience and support a positive, productive work environment.

You’ll help drive sales, open/close procedures, and adherence to standard operating practices while developing leadership skills and career growth for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
