Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Work with Store Manager to plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Conduct store coverage in Store Manager’s absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain quality customer service as outlined in manuals and policies.
