Spring Footwear Corp. is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets location, partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires retail leadership, a hands-on approach, and comfort with POS systems; you’ll recruit, onboard, schedule, and help maintain merchandising, inventory control, and store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong sales and customer service commitment.
• Experience coaching and developing a retail team.
• Good communication, organization and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals.
• Lead on the sales floor and support the team in a great customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative store culture.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and retention of associates.
• Provide leadership when the Store Manager is not present.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
