Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in customer service.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years as a cashier or in retail roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in ensuring the store operates at a high level.
• Take ownership while managing the location.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve.
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding experience.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
