The role requires a High School diploma (some college preferred) and 3+ years of retail management experience. Internal candidates must complete the Assistant Manager-In-Training program; working hours include weekends and holidays.

• Oversee cash handling and security procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members.
