POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Kings Plaza Mall to lead daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure the POP MART brand is reflected in store performance. The role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, or pop culture.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting all aspects of store operations. You'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, execute operational excellence, and ensure the store consistently reflects the POP MART brand.As a leader, you'll coach and develop team members, inspire a customer-first culture, and help create memorable experiences for collectors and first-time visitors alike. You'll also oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.This position reports directly to the Store Manager.What you will achieve:Leadership & Talent DevelopmentPartner with the Store Manager to recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-first culture that reflects POP MART's values.Serve as Manager on Duty, making operational and customer service decisions while ensuring an exceptional store experience.Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.Customer ExperienceDeliver an exceptional customer experience by leading from the sales floor and setting the standard for customer engagement.Inspire excitement around POP MART's artists, characters, Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, and exclusive collaborations.Resolve customer concerns professionally while building long-term loyalty.Ensure every customer interaction reflects POP MART's premium brand experience.Sales & Business PerformancePartner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including:SalesConversionUnits Per Transaction (UPT)Average Transaction Value (ATV)Payroll productivityInventory accuracyAnalyze business results and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.Execute action plans to improve store performance and customer engagement.Promote new product launches, limited-edition releases, and seasonal campaigns.Store OperationsOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, safety, and operational compliance.Ensure company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards are consistently followed.Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment.Support scheduling, daily task planning, and operational execution.Monitor inventory accuracy, shipment processing, replenishment, transfers, and stockroom organization.Visual Merchandising & Inventory(Responsibilities may vary based on store volume.)Execute POP MART visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.Install planograms, fixtures, promotional signage, and seasonal displays.Adjust merchandising based on inventory levels, sales trends, and business priorities.Partner with store leadership to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and replenishment.Ensure back-of-house organization supports efficient store operations.Brand & CommunityServe as a knowledgeable brand ambassador by staying current on POP MART's products, artists, characters, and company initiatives.Support in-store events, product launches, pop-up activations, conventions, Robo Shop operations, and new store openings.Build excitement within the local collector community while promoting POP MART's unique brand experience.What you will need:2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Must be at least 18 years of age.What We OfferMarket-competitive packages: 401k, health insurance, PTO, paid sick leave, and family leave.Growth opportunities: on-the-job training, leadership development, and stretch assignments to advance your career.Career development: opportunities to take on larger responsibilities as POP MART's North America business scales rapidly.*The job posting highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location.
