Dollar Tree in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, enhance customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with merchandise flow, open and close procedures, and uphold company standards across all areas of the store.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to train associates, and a hands-on approach to safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stock, and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support in loss prevention, record keeping, and payroll-related tasks.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; ensure safety and policy compliance.
