Maurices Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Store 0366-Battlefield Mall, Springfield, MO. You will help supervise a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, mentor associates, and execute store initiatives that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will open/close the store, support training, and ensure adherence to company SOPs while building a positive, energetic work environment that reflects our values and commitment to service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
• Ability to take initiative and participate in making decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
• Computer proficiency.
