Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in customer service.
• 18+ years old with open weekend availability.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or related fields preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store manager to keep operations running at a high level.
• Take ownership and manage the location on a day-to-day basis.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach to improve.
• Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience every visit.
