Position

Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time at Store 2115-Southland Mall-maurices-Houma, LA 70360. This posting remains open year-round; actual hiring needs may vary. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and candidates may be contacted as positions become available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
• Develop leadership skills to help build your career path.
• As a sales lead, interact with customers on a regular basis and lead the customer experience with the store team.
• Strategy to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager Candidates Must Have:
• 1 year of customer service experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
