Job summary

maurices is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager at Store 2209-West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau, MO. You will help supervise a store team and create an unforgettable shopping experience.

You will develop leadership skills and act as a sales lead, engaging customers daily and guiding the team to meet sales goals while following SOPs for opening and closing. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to train others.
