Kids for the Future is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and serve as acting manager in their absence. The role covers store, production and donor services with emphasis on sales, staff supervision and customer satisfaction.
You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and ensure adherence to company policies while striving to meet weekly sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
Under the direct supervision of a Retail Store Manager, the Assistant Retail Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Retail Store Manager in the operation of the retail store and acting as manager in the absence of the manager. The Assistant Retail Store Manager must be familiar with all aspects of the store operations, including all retail, production and donor services. In the event of an operational need, the Assistant Store Manager may be assigned interim managerial duties. These responsibilities include overseeing all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining productivity and sales targets, and acting as the primary point of contact for staff and management. The Assistant Store Manager will manage daily operations, employee performance, customer satisfaction, and other store-related functions until a permanent manager is appointed or the operational need is resolved.

Supervisory experience for a least one year preferred High School degree or equivalent, preferred
While performing this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, push, pull, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. Most activities involve repetitive upper body movement and bending. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
