Maurices is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for Store 0081-Northland ShpCtr in Sterling, IL 61081. This part-time position focuses on supervising a store team to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience and to embody our feel-good service with style.

As a sales lead, you will engage customers daily, help meet sales goals, and ensure opening/closing SOPs are followed. Requirements include 1 year of customer service, supervisory experience preferred, and 18+ years of age.
