Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Hollister location at Rosedale Center in Roseville, MN. You’ll oversee daily store operations, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train non-management staff to deliver best-in-class customer service.

You’ll demonstrate product knowledge, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, and protect store assets while embodying our brand culture and values. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
